A credit note shall be provided for the paid amount, valid for 3 months post the check-in date. * Guest will indemnify, defend and hold this Villa and its Employees from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Guest, Guest’s family or licensees, or their personal property incurred or suffered upon the premises by Guest or anyone associated with the Guest for any cause whatsoever during the term of stay. * Please conduct yourself in a manner that will not put you or others in danger. All guests shall follow a respectable code of and shall not engage in illegal activity or cause any nuisance. * Guests will be notified of any damage cost and it will be charged immediately to the Guest’s credit card. Guest assumes full responsibility for any items found to be missing and any damage due to misuse, negligence, or action on Guest’s or Guest’s visitor’s part. * Services by our employees will stop at midnight.
