* All activities conducted in the venue should be as per Government regulations and legal. Villa will not be responsible for any consequences arising due to non-compliance.
* Heavy structures/materials will not be allowed for set-up for the event. Guests should be ensured without damage to softscape or hardscape.
* The pool is operational from 10 am-9 pm. The pool is 3-6 ft. deep. Guests are intimated the same for personal safety and request that they don’t enter the pool unless they know how to swim. In case of any mishaps, the Villa team will not be held responsible.
* Movement of material, staff, and labor of the Villa against theft, misuse, and damage is the responsibility of the client during the occupation.
* In case of the occurrence of any of the above, the cost will be charged to the client.
* All facilities should be used for the purpose it is made available and all activities should take place in designated areas.
* Clarity of the pool water cannot be assured due to reasons beyond control. Swimming costumes should be used to enter the pool.
* Hukkah, Gambling, Contraband, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable objects, and Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
* Safety of all the guests is the responsibility of the client.
* However, Villa will not be responsible for the security of guests, their belongings, or gate crashers during occupancy.
* Villa will strictly not involve in taking care of guests’ personal needs or related activities at or outside the villa during the occupation.
* No refund once the payment is made as we follow a strict no-refund policy. If cancellation is informed 10 days before check-in a credit note will be issued which will be valid for 45 days from the check-in date. If informed late, only if an alternate booking is made for the same date a credit note will be issued valid for 45 days from the check-in date.
* Balance payment of the total value should be done 48 hours prior to check-in time. If not, the booking will be considered null & void, with no refund of the advance amount.
* Villa and its employees are indemnified against any and all acts or accidents that may arise during your stay at our properties.
* Any/all facilities at the retreat will be used by the guest at their own risk.
* Management is not responsible for any risk occurring out of the use of the property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests, or any person in their group and money recovered to the extent of damages before check-out.
* There will be indemnification of monetary costs directly or indirectly for losses incurred during the stay. Services by our employees will stop at midnight. Post-midnight every service should be managed by the guests.
* It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises which can affect the environment.
* The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
* In case of default the management has the right to remove the guests’ luggage and belongings from the room occupied. Our staff will not be liable for any loss/ misplacement of any of the guests’ personal properties or valuables or money. Management will not be liable to guests for any harm or accidents that occurred during the stay.
* We expect our clients to be punctual to their check-in at 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am which will be intimated in advance. If an extension of stay is required, settlement of past due amounts for the extended stay is compulsory.
* Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.
* All guests are to present any ID proof issued by the government upon check-in. Any damages done to the property are liable to the client.
