The cottage is equipped with power backup, LED television with cable, hot water, fresh linens, an outdoor dining setup, and an onsite caretaker. Food is also available at the property on an order basis and prepared from a nearby restaurant. Special arrangements like BBQ can also be arranged at extra cost.

The place includes 3 bedrooms with a double bed and an attached bathroom. The place has a big living area with windows overlooking the beautiful Pavana lake. The entrance of the cottage extends into a beautiful garden.

The property has 3 rooms with AC. The living room does not have AC. All the three-room are equipped with towels, hot water, and soap. Barbecue and bonfire can be arranged on request, however subject to availability. Kindly check with the caretaker in advance.

The entire property consisting the entire cottage with its bedrooms, bathrooms, and garden area overlooking the Pavana lake. The kitchen area is not attached to the cottage but is for the use of the guests only.
